- Home Inspection Report - a full written inspection report with pictures, concerns, and recommendations - for a home buyer, a home seller, or a real estate agent
- Walk-Through Verbal Consultation - for Pre-Purchase or Pre-Listing inspection. It follows the same strategy and standards of practice as a full inspection but focuses on the major deficiencies of the home in essential areas: roof, attic, crawl space, electrical panel, furnace, heat pump, plumbing & hot water

NOTE
WALK-THROUGH CONSULTATION (Verbal report only):
for a house up to 2K sf - $400 ($50 per 500sf thereafter)
for a condo up to 1K sf - $300 ($50 per 500sf thereafter)
If after the consultation a full inspection is wanted, a 15% discount is given, if booked within 20 business days of original consultation.
Unattached Garages, Outbuildings and ADUs are not included in the full inspection price:
≤ 500 sqft: $75 ea. 500 - 800 sqft: $100 ea 801 - 1000 sqft: $150 ea
CANCELLATION POLICY
Unless otherwise arranged: Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled inspection will result in a $100 charge.
Cancellations within 12 hours of scheduled start time will result in a 50% charge of the inspection fee.

Pricing provided for reference only; final quote will be given to the client after the Inspector reviews information available and relevant to the property (MLS listing, location, access, etc).
